LIBERTY LONDON

Experience the magic of the iconic Liberty store with Aurelia Probiotic Skincare's Repair & Rebalance Facial. This facial is the perfect introduction to Aurelia London. An exclusive booking fee of £70 for our indulgent one hour treatment is redeemable against two Aurelia London products. Your first facial booking is available with a £50 booking fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment, please go to the Aurelia London Counter in the Beauty Hall. For new clients, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to complete any necessary paperwork for your treatment.

Booking Fee

When booking in for a treatment we do require a booking fee to secure your treatment. £50 for new customers & £70 for repeat customers. This can be paid over the phone or paid in store, and must be done within 48 hours of booking. Booking fees are non-refundable, however can be redeemed against two Aurelia London products.

If you are running late your treatment time may have to be shortened or rearranged to avoid inconvenience for other clients on our schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to carry out your service and full cost will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that events and unavoidable circumstances mean that treatments may have to be cancelled or rearranged. We do ask that any appointments you want to cancel are done so at least 48 hours prior to treatment. If a treatment is cancelled last minute your booking fee will not be refunded. If you do not arrive to your appointment and have not informed us you are not attending your booking fee will not be refunded.

In the event that your therapist is unable to carry out your treatment, through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative date. In the unusual instance where we may need to cancel your booking, we will endeavour to contact you by telephone and/or email.
