A note from Head of Brand – Antonia Knox

I couldn’t be more excited to introduce you to Aurelia London, a fresh new look for us and an important step forward in the Aurelia Probiotic Skincare journey.

Aurelia London represents how far we have come since launching back in 2013, and was born from the evolution of all of the beautiful, British, award-winning products you know and love, with the addition of our expert ingestible probiotic supplements and even more exciting launches to come in the future. 

If you’ve been following us for a while, or even if you’ve only just discovered the joys of our products, you’ll know that we have always set the bar high when it comes to scientifically proven, natural products that offer visible results. Utilising unique probiotic technology, paired with beautifully natural formulations and decadent blends of essential oils, we have always had holistic wellness at the heart of what we do. We believe that the ritual of your skincare routine should be enjoyed at every step, which is why we have made our products such a delight to use on all fronts!

We wanted to explore this holistic approach, further than skincare, and establish Aurelia London as a brand that considers wellbeing from all angles, something we believe is the key to a healthy and fulfilling life.

Probiotic Pioneers

As part of our new look, you’ll see the term ‘PROTIDA™’ featuring on all of the products which contain our signature probiotic technology. As one of the first brands to pioneer the use of probiotics to tackle skin concerns from within, we have chosen to highlight just how special our probiotic complexes are. 

Designed to reduce cellular damage and promote your skin’s natural ability to produce collagen and hyaluronic acid for plump, dewy skin that glows, PROTIDA™ is at the leading edge in probiotic skincare innovation. Three unique probiotic complexes combine to boost the skin’s natural immunity, managing inflammation and enhancing repair for powerful, glowing results from within. Watch this space in May as we’ll be launching the latest range to feature PROTIDA™ and a whole host of blemish-reducing ingredients to keep skin balanced and clear.

Our Commitments

Sustainability and ethics are still a huge part of Aurelia’s DNA, and something we are committed to upholding as we continue to evolve as a brand. 

We still partner with PhytoTrade Africa which ensures a sustainable supply of our nourishing African botanicals, meaning fair trade for the communities, and especially women, that harvest botanical ingredients such as Baobab, Mongongo oil and Kigelia Africana which are found throughout our range of skin and body care.

We are committed to reducing our reliance on single-use plastic for packaging purposes. We are already leading the way with recyclable glass bottles and jars, non shrink-wrapped boxes and no unnecessary plastic shives on jars. Our new tubes are made from post-consumer recycled plastic and are fully recyclable once used up. It can take time, but we are excited to announce that we have been working towards gaining B-Corp certification to confirm our social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability. We’ll soon be sending all of your orders out in new and improved shipping packaging including reusable cotton bags and biodegradable packing material. Sadly the COVID-19 pandemic has caused delays with these new boxes but we can’t wait to start sending them out with your precious products and hope you’ll love them as much as we do! 

Aurelia London will continue to offer ‘free-from’ natural beauty products for all skin types, ages and ethnicities. We never, ever test our skincare on animals and you’ll find the leaping bunny logo of Cruelty Free International across our packaging. There are no nasty surprises either, as we don’t retail in territories that require animal testing.

  3. I have been a loyal fan of Aurelia from the beginning in 2013 and have been on the journey with you guys and your evolution into the complete Brand you are today makes me so lucky that I discovered you when I did. ❤️
    Everything you do as a Brand is perfectly timed and feels right for the moment.I want to give a shout out to your Customer Service Department as they have always been efficient, caring and friendly. I always remember the reason why I felt reassured and comfortable with your products and purchasing on your website are :
    1. Your products are amazing and really work.
    2. If ever there were any order problems or any issues with products etc. I could always pick up the phone and speak directly to someone in the office who listened carefully and responded accordingly. Most times it would be Antonia herself who would be so lovely on the telephone…no problem or issue would be too much to resolve and the results speak for themselves.
    You have earned your success and growth so a very well done to have reached where you are at the moment and all the best on your Re-branding plans.
